Aden Metal also provides ancillary products related to curtain wall system including skylights, canopy systems, solar shading systems, balustrades, fire doors, energy saving aluminum door and window systems and standing seam roofing systems.

•  Custom Curtain Wall

  

  We with our dedicated team are capable of designing and implementing of custom made curtain wall systems. Custom design curtain walls are designed considering project exact needs that are specific to project. Our know-how and expertise on this have been proven with many projects we have performed so far.

•  Curtain Wall System

  

  The curtain wall system is any exterior wall that is fixed by means of anchors to building structure comprising of lightweight glass, aluminum, metal, composite panel, stone etc. RAYTHEONGULF is also capable of designing and implementing of custom made curtain wall systems. Although these systems are not load bearing, they are airtight and resistant to water penetration. While there are many variations of curtain wall construction, there are two systems implemented most commonly; stick system and unitized panel system.

•  Stick Frame Systems

  
  Various components such as Anchors, mullions, rails, vision glass, spandrel glass, insulation and metal back pans are used during the assembly of this system. Aluminum load bearing frames are bonded round the perimeter of each double-glazed units with structural silicone. They enable fast assembly on site. The water evacuation and ventilation issues are solved and tested within the system. The air, water tightness and wind- resistance tests are realized in accordance with relevant norms and dispose international certificates.

•  Unitized Panel System

  

  All components composing panel façade modules are rendered into finished product under controlled factory environment that promotes quality assembly and allows rapid closure of the building.

•  Structural Glazed Facade Systems

  

  These systems can be used to create almost perfectly flush fitted glass facades. It is achieved by using profiles which are only visible from inside. From the outside, only the glazing and a thin shadow joints are visible. Double glazed units which are manufactured to include a SSG spacer bar which incorporates ‘U’ channel. Structural silicone is used to bond each piece of glass to the spacer bar. Once the curtain wall grid has been assembled on site, these glass units locked into the grid using specifically designed metal toggles. Finally a compatible silicone is applied over the top of the vertical and horizontal joints to create a flush finish.

•  Natural Stone Cladding

  

  Architects prefer stone cladding due to its timeless and elegant look, durability, low maintenance cost advantages. Stone cladding does not trap heat, preserves indoor climate, thus it is ideal in using warmer regions.

•  Honeycomb Panel Cladding

  

  Honeycomb panel is an aluminum sandwich type panel with high rigidity and extremely low weight. Honeycomb structural core provides strength and consistent rigidity at a very low density when bonded to similarly lightweight facings with cold- glue and hot pressing technology. Back facing is most made of aluminum, outer facing can be PVDF coated aluminum or a thin natural stone veneer.

•  Standing Seam Roof

  

  Roof panels can either be pre-formed or site formed. Preformed panel are created in the factory. Site formed panels are created from rolls of metal that are run through mobile forming machines which crimp the metal into rigid panels. Panels are usually made in various metals and finishes like galvalume steel, aluminium etc.
